What I do
I take an idea all the way: I design the interface, write the backend, connect the payments, set up the server and keep maintaining it after launch. The projects shown here started that way, from concrete problems:
- Ficha Online: daily practice for students in grades 7 to 9 and an AI test generator for teachers.
- Caderno Digital do Edifício: a building’s digital logbook, with proof of authenticity on the blockchain.
- Trajecto+: Porto Metro timetables on your phone, even offline.
- DYBS Handmade: an online shop for handmade baby items.
How I work
- End to end. Interface, server, payments and operations are in the same hands, so every decision takes the others into account.
- Decisions in writing. Every project has a plan with what was decided and why, so nothing depends on memory.
- Tests before deploy. In the most recent projects, nothing reaches production unless the tests pass, and if the new version does not respond, the server rolls back on its own.
- Privacy by default. No tracking cookies, maps served from my own server and location kept on the phone only.
- Accurate accounts. Payments are confirmed by Stripe, not by the browser, and the cost of every AI request is recorded.
